Orders ship within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted directly if there are additional delays with your order. We ship within the continental US only, as well as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Shipping is a flat-rate of $9.99, Standard Shipping, for all orders. Standard Mail typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery. Please add 2-3 days delivery time during the peek Holiday Season. Free Standard shipping for orders over $99.

CANDLE CARE
Remove rope handle before lighting. Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each use. If your flame is getting too large or you are seeing smoke or suit, simply extinguish the flame, trim the wick and re-light. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours. Avoid blowing out the flame as much as possible. Extinguish flame with Wick Snuffer or smother flame with a hard, heat-resistant flat surface.

We value our customers so if you have an issue with your order, please use the "contact us" form and we will try to make it right. Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds unless the container is broken or damaged in a way that makes the product unsafe or unusable.
Please know that candle wax can soften in extreme heat and shift inside the container. We cannot be held responsible for wax movement under extreme weather conditions.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the delivery has been confirmed. We cannot be held responsible for weather delays or other unexpected shipping delays once an item has left our hands. Holiday delays are common. Please add 2-3 days to chosen delivery time during the peek Holiday Season.
For items that are returned to our facility due to an undeliverable address, or address error by the customer; restock, handling, and shipping fees will be deducted from any refund, or billed for any re-shipment.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item's container is severely damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please send us an email within 48 hours of delivery confirmation along with photos of the damaged item and box, along with written description.
For all approved refunds or exchanges, you will need to provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.
